Why do you love what you do?  

I find it incredibly rewarding to educate and empower women during their pregnancy and postpartum, to help them feel strong, manage pain, prepare for birth and recover optimally.

Why would someone come and see you? 

In pregnancy- pelvic floor health & prevention, birth preparation, pelvic girdle pain

In postpartum- pelvic floor recovery, diastasis (abdominal separation), return to exercise, prolapse, incontinence, painful sex.

When do you introduce the idea of lubricant with your patients? 

I talk about using lubricant when teaching perineal massage for birth preparation, and also when clients are returning to sex post-birth.

What’s your favourite fact about the female body? 

Where do I start!! I think the fact that females give birth is nothing short of heroic!
