Where can we find you?

At Authentic Awareness, I have an office based in North-West Sydney and offer virtual session nationwide.

Why do you love what you do?

I love witnessing the transformation that happens when women finally claim their full selves, especially their sensuality. When they realise pleasure isn’t a luxury or something to feel guilty about, but a vital part of feeling alive, everything shifts. Women don’t have time for disconnected sex or going through the motions. They want intimacy that feels good on their terms. And when they find what works in their life, it’s powerful to see how they start holding themselves differently, communicating more openly, and deepening their connection with themselves and their partner.

Why would someone come and see you?

Women come to see me when they feel disconnected from their body, their sexual desire, or their partner, often after years of putting their needs last. Whether it’s low libido, orgasm difficulty, emotional distance or navigating life stages like postpartum or menopause, they’re craving genuine, practical answers and solutions. They want a safe, expert-led space to rediscover pleasure, intimacy and connection. I help women feel turned on, empowered and unapologetically themselves again.

When do you introduce the idea of lubricant with your patients?

I introduce the idea of lubricant in the very first session. Every woman over 35 I work with hears me say: “Lube is life!” Whether you're having rough sex, navigating postpartum, or transitioning through perimenopause or menopause, a high-quality lubricant is essential. It’s not optional. It’s about respecting your body, enhancing pleasure, and letting go of shame. Every woman deserves comfort, ease, and enjoyment in her intimate life.

What’s your favourite fact about the female body?

My favourite fact about the female body is that it’s wired for pleasure in so many places, not just through the genitals, despite there being 7 pleasure spots in the genital area alone! Women can orgasm from areas like the breasts, cervix, or even whilst sleeping without touch at all. This means that every woman, even those navigating medical treatments, menopause or physical changes, can still experience pleasure in some form. When we explore the whole body as a landscape of sensation, we move beyond performance and into deep, nourishing, transformative pleasure.
